Scope of Work:
Cabinet Reface: Change cabinet doors and drawer fronts (paint grade white, shaker style). Add crown moulding. Add doors on existing open shelves. Paint existing cabinet boxes on site with white paint grade.
Add new base cabinets on range wall. New utensil and trash pull out.
Add new pantry cabinet on angled wall.
New cabinet hardware.
New floating walnut shelves at range wall.
New 36" Wolf Dual fuel range. New Wolf range hood.
Replace countertop with Engineered Quartz, Silestone, Charcoal Suede.
Replace new sink and faucet.
New Fireclay handmade back splash tiles.
Replace laminate flooring to hardwood flooring.
Widen the opening from dining room. Refinish existing dining room and hallway flooring. Reconfigure ceiling lighting-new LED lighting. New pendant lighting.
Paint.
New baseboard, door and window casings.
