A true one-of-a-kind custom build designed by the homeowners, who happen to be interior designers... and selected every material first hand. We were tasked with building not only cabinetry but the unique application of custom Cleaf material imported from Italy specifically for this project. We also wrapped the TV wall with leather panels, as well as the art wrapped on a panel which slides over the TV. The fireplace was custom clad as well as a custom built light fixture that is suspended from the paneled ceiling.

We built custom framing and clad the ceiling panels with matching wood as well as integrated the lights into the paneling at the seams to reduce the appearance of the seams. Interior doors were custom built by us of the Cleaf material as well as barn doors which slide over the master closet and office openings.

The powder bath and casita cabinetry (not pictured) were made with specially imported Tabu brand veneers and we built a custom recessed tp holder into the floating cabinet box. In addition, we integrated reveals in the halls and bar area panels as well as made hidden laundry room cabinet doors and paneling. The bar also highlights true integrated cabinetry and lighting as well as some spectacular Elements bronze colored back painted glass doors in for the uppers.
