It was a pleasure to help design and built the cabinetry and flow of this home. Our President, Mark Feser​, did a spectacular job on this full contemporary design. Built in the Sincuidados community in North Scottsdale, this is a desert sanctuary dream home for anyone who appreciates the order and calm of clean lines contemporary design provides. The flow of the home is full of energy and strong colors; but blend to provide a peaceful environment.

The cover photo for this project is the centered main view of the kitchen. Color selections here tie in gray floor tiles using gray high gloss acrylic back panels both above the upper cabinets and the back splash, and on the back of the island.

Note the olive back-painted glass doors (Elements brand), Bellmont Cabinet Co.​ 1900 series Terra TSS (textured thermal surface) Italian material used for the cabinets. The space becomes functional with a custom finished steel panel behind the range to tie in the color (and meet fire code). All chrome metal trim work between the panels was intentional in the design and completed by An Original, Inc.

The remainder of the rooms have some element of custom wood fabrication and integration with a secondary material. In the powder bath, you'll find high gloss red panels with natural maple. In the master bath, there is natural maple with TSS panels. And in the office you'll see a natural waterfall maple desk top and bookcase blend with the grain flow of the Terra TSS. The Jack and Jill bath uses a custom built and engineered floating cabinet that has full depth back to back cabinets with a shared counter surface in solid white. We topped it with a double sided maple framed mirror to compliment the natural maple elsewhere in the home; but mostly due to it's use in the doors throughout the home.
