Troon Contemporary

This contemporary kitchen leans on the use of subtle tones of grey, blended with a strong black island, bases, and tall cabinets. The finish on all of the cabinetry and custom hood surround is a super-matte UV lacquer Luxe finish by Alvic.

Black-on-black decorative handles add necessary function, while the upper cabinets have a handleless touch latch (by Blum) to keep the design super clean. Wolf cooking appliances and an integrated Subzero fridge provide a finished look for this premium kitchen space.

The powder bath was a custom-built piece using teak wood and black super matte cabinetry. The added case reveal allows the top to appear floating around the entire vanity. Attention to detail in this space allows a waterfall mitered edge on the cabinet case, and also the floating shelves.

The remaining rooms in this home use a PET-based matte laminate finish for durability and function and still provide a clean, contemporary design.

A shot of the premium-quality Blum Legra drawer box system. We used a black interior to match the black interiors custom selected by the client for the rest of the black cabinetry. These drawers are both very contemporary in design and offer top of the line function.
