Bridgehampton Family Beach House

This project was a new home build for sisters, who wanted to build a vacation home for relaxing with family and friends. It was important for there to be plenty of community space for large groups, and equally important to have areas where families and guests could be afforded some privacy. There are three master suites, one for each sister and one for the grandparents. The children have a suite of bedrooms in addition to a nautically-themed bunk room, which sleeps 11 and has built-in custom beds with ladders and wall cushions. The breakfast room converts to a screened porch connecting to the rear patio, and an expansive pool with pergola graces the rear yard.
