The homeowners wanted to change this originally Spanish Colonial home to a shingle-styled home more typical of homes in the area. The result is an open, relaxing space. Shingles were installed on the exterior and roof along with custom windows and dormers. The interior is light and bright with a dramatic two-story great room with a central fireplace. The patio leads to an outdoor bar and an expansive rectangular swimming pool. There is even a shed with a windmill in the rear yard.
