This 1980s East Hampton home was in need of an update and an extensive renovation. Old and new were combined to create a rustic but modern feel. Steel accents provide contrast to the original beams, which are the only element of the original home that were saved. The completed rebuild has beautiful high ceilings and charming architectural details, including two natural wood cupolas, custom windows, and fresh white trim to complement the shingled exterior.
