Bush Court Master Bath Renovation

The customer requested eliminating the giant tub and adding a larger shower in its place. They also wanted to relocate the toilet which was under the window. In the place of the existing small vanity and small shower would be a larger vanity with linen storage tower.

The customer requested a larger vanity with two sinks and a linen storage tower to replace the small vanity that they struggled with. The shower used to be where the new linen tower is.

A niche was built in the half wall with hexagon tile back and quartz shelf. Quartz was used on the bench seat as well. LG Aura quartz.

The floor tile is porcelain wood look. The radiator covers had to be custom built for practical purposes (doors clearing the covers and aesthetic purposes)

The toilet was moved from under the window, since the customer didn't like it being the focal point when you walked in the room and see it straight ahead. Now it is tucked in behind the shower, hidden from the entrance.

Existing vanity was small and cramped in behind the entry door. It was not sufficient for two people trying to work.

Toilet in a bad location. It is straight on when you walk in the bathroom entrance. Customer requested to move the toilet to the right where the existing tub is.

The existing pink tub takes up a large bit of real estate in this medium-sized bathroom. The customer doesn't use the tub as much as they would enjoy a larger shower. They have a tub elsewhere they can use.
