This condo was actually two units. My client hired me to do a total makeover to the space. The first time we met, I measured. The second time we met, I presented half the design and my client approved it. We only met 1 more time to go over the design. After that, I ordered everything, shipped it to a storage facility, had millwork built off site, custom art commissioned, etc. My client left for 10 days and we had everything removed from the space, rugs, lights, art, furniture..you name it. We spend 9 days painting, installing millwork, window treatments, wall covering, etc and had the furniture delivered on the last day. My client returned home from a long business trip to her new home.
