When the client approached us with the request to turn the master bathroom in their historic home into a modern day sanctuary, while still maintaining historic elements, we were up for the challenge. Every decision throughout the design process, from the gold accents to the free standing pedestal tub, preserved the character of this early 1900’s home. The dark stained wood doors that flank both sides of the bathroom were original to the home and statement pieces still today. We believe the patterned cement tile and stunning light fixtures add a modern flare while still complimenting the character of this historic residence.
