This extensive renovation had dramatic results. Situated on a lake, this house had more of a dark, cabin feel, rather than a bright, airy lake house. We revitalized the home by painting the dark stained ceiling white, raising the family room floor to be level with the dining area and stealing some unused closet space to increase the kitchen size, during the remodel. New metal railings, updated staircase, decorative wall paneling and a highly fiction kitchen with a stellar pantry made this old and outdated home into something spectacular. The view is the icing on the cake...oh, the home bar is too!
