Condo Terrace with a View

This condo terrace is set in South Etobicoke and overlooks Lake Ontario and the beautiful Toronto city skyline. Project complete with artificial turf, artificial plants, porcelain tiles, custom planter, prefabbed planters, and a custom water feature.
This is the view which sold the new home owners on purchasing this unit in South Etobicoke. Not only do they overlook Lake Ontario, but the view of the city skyline is breathtaking. The steppingstone path leads your eye to the view. The flanking planters and raised deck frame your view as well.

The East side of the terrace is going to house a large dining set and umbrella. The planters host tall artificial Boxwoods which shield the storage area of the terrace. Large 3' x 3' tiles are the right scale for the size of the terrace.

The West side of the terrace has a raised patio. Having it raised adds another dimension to what otherwise would be a very flat look. The raised patio will feature a series of couches and lounge chairs. The water feature will add sound to muffle the city humm

The steppingstones also lead your eye back to the entrance doors to the unit itself. The 2' x 2' tiles with 6" artificial turf strips between soften the expanse of hard surfaces on the project.

The planters were all lined with polished Mexican Beach Pebbles. The artificial Cedars had great texture and colour and were very lifelike.

2' x 2' squares were cut out of the lawn to created space for the steppingstones. The artificial turf had a great texture to it and softens the space.

Centura Tile custom made these steps with all angled supports which made for quick and easy installation. The designer left no stone unturned in his detailing of sizes and quantities.
