Northern Getaway

This lakefront cottage rests on the southern tip of Lake Simcoe North of Toronto. Granite boulder walls, with limestone slab steps take you down to the dining and lounging patios. A large waterfall greets you as you walk down the driveway to the cottage entrance. The large water feature has three water weirs before ending up in a large pond off the back deck. Custom reading house and firepit areas make this cottage landscape multifunctional and a great place to entertain and relax.

Here we see the main collection pond with a 12' limestone slab bridge which take us back around to the front of the cottage. The home owners have said they love sitting on the bridge and seeing how local wildlife has really taken to this collection pond!
