This modern style condo terrace is built using a local limestone which has been sawn, sandblasted and sealed to give it a very clean look. A custom made barbecue made from the same limestone with polished limestone countertops is complete with a galvanized steel cover with Ipe wood siding. Ipe wood screens and gate are sealed to bring out the rich browns and wood grains this wood is famous for. A clean and neat planting plan adds structure to the garden beds and existing Japanese Maples provide shade and great shadow patterns on the wood screens and limestone walls. When sealed, this sawn and sandblasted limestone (also known as Eramosa) reveals great marbling.
