Downtown Waterfront Condo

This industrial waterfront condo overlooking Baltimore’s working shipyard captivated the client with panoramic eastern-sky views and shimmering harbor water, but its dark, dreary interior design made the space feel heavy, outdated, and visually oppressive.

Because the condo’s issues were purely cosmetic, the renovation began with a full ceiling and wall color refresh throughout the rooms, creating the bright, spacious, and airy waterfront interior the home deserved.

A cool, contemporary color palette is grounded by dark hardwood floors and enriched with warm natural wood tones in the furniture.

To emphasize the soaring ceiling height, an oversized organic modern light fixture was suspended above the live-edge dining table, adding sculptural impact and visual warmth.
