The idea for this design came to us after seeing this beautiful loft style bedroom space. It had all the perfect elements for a cozy romantic room, and we went for it. Since our client has two pups we considered them as well in our design and created an under the bench cozy spot for their bed, so that they can stay close to the owner.
For the color scheme we went with blues and whites, which was a perfect color scheme to relax at the end of the day, and to start the day with in the morning.

We fell in love with a gorgeous floral mural printed on a natural wall covering material which we used as the backdrop behind the bed. We decided against the headboard since we didn't want to cover the window and obstruct the natural light coming in. We used same wallpaper on dressers that are built into the roof line, and accented the drawers with unique vintage glass hardware.
To continue with the vibe, the rug we incorporated is mimicking vintage washed out rug, but it is pet friendly and washable.
Bench material is crypton and spill resistant, so any liquid stains are easily cleanable.
We wanted to make this room, its furniture, and materials easily manageable and cleanable, not only beautiful.
The roman shades are room darkening (our client works occasional night shifts, so we wanted to make it functional in that regard as well).
The nightstands are not only beautiful and large and can accommodate a lot of items, but they are functional in a way that they come with a hidden drawer and several usb ports and outlets to plug in phone, lamp, computer, alarm clock, humidifier, and other items that homeowner might use next to their bed.

This is a multifunctional room that came out pretty neat, and we are very happy with its final outcome.
