We recently had an opportunity to work on a luxury rowe home design and remodel in Old Town, Alexandria. The home features 4 stories, an elevator, outdoor loft kitchenette and a garage. It was purchased by a homeowner in 2022, and originally had builder grade finishes.

After living in a home for less than 10 months, homeowner decided to reach out to a design/build firm to help them overhaul this home and make it their own, with finishes worthy of the homes value and location.

We designed a new kitchen, small home office nook, dining room, living room with gorgeous built-ins featuring dry bar, and an entryway that includes new custom French pocket door leading into office on the entry level of the home.
