Our client in Alexandria wanted a modern kitchen in white with yellow as an accent color. Our initial plan was to find yellow tile for a backsplash, but once we found this white dimensional tile, we all fell in love with it, and knew that was the one. We accented kitchen with black marquina quartz countertops, and white and chrome accessories (pendants, and cabinet pulls). We had a lot of space to add plenty of storage to the kitchen, so we were able to leave some space for open and floating shelving in two locations, which both make the kitchen more interesting and beautiful. We built very modern and simple custom crown molding above the wall cabinets that provide the kitchen with more modern, sleek look.
