The existing deck has been re-surfaced. The only change that we made on the deck was replacing the railing and using the Deckorator classic balusters in black and made the steps wider.
A small Ipe platform has been added in front of the pool with the pergola. Lots of different materials can be used for creating a pergola and the fencing around the property. Here we used the combination of brick and stained wood. The loft above the garage is used as an office and has a beautiful view over the property.
