Space was very limited to add a multi-level deck with hot tub and pond in between the house and the garage. Every square inch of the backyard is used. Despite the limited space there is a very good traffic flow and it doesn't feel crowded.
With the pool added that includes a fountain you never have the feeling you are in a very busy neighborhood. Decking is all composite with a single border around the three-level perimeters to define the space even more.
