The design called for a radius perimeter in the front with black aluminum railing. To give it some contrast we opted for a white post to match the white trim of the windows and doors. The decking is made by AZEK in the color Brownstone. A rubber membrane is installed between the decking and framing to make the area below waterproof for a future storage area and patio
