This 1960s home, located in Edmonds, is propped up on the side of the hill overlooking the Puget Sound. The design focused on creating a new large, open kitchen with views to the water and to the other living spaces in the home. The living, dining, and kitchen areas have been configured into a great room feel. Additional spaces included in the design are a new powder room, office area, mudroom, new windows, and new siding. The styling of the design is Midcentury to coordinate with the original era of construction of the home.
