Grass Driveway

Situated just blocks from the Morro Bay shoreline, the soil surrounding this home was predominantly sand with little organic matter. Installing a drivable substructure, European dune grasses were then planted creating a Grass Driveway. The grass driveway offered a casual entry to the home. Concrete pavers were strategically placed on the edge of the driveway to create a walkway to the entrance. The pattern of the pavers mimics the rectangular pattern found on the garage and entry gate.
