This large Livermore residential landscape was planned as a connected series of outdoor spaces, with the landscape master plan providing an overall framework for garden, recreation and outdoor living areas.
The design organizes a substantial property into spaces that feel purposeful and connected rather than fragmented. Garden structure, layered planting and outdoor living areas work together to create a landscape that can support everyday life, entertaining and long-term enjoyment.
The project reflects an approach to large residential properties grounded in proportion, spatial organization, practical site planning and horticultural knowledge. Design decisions consider not only how the landscape looks when completed, but how it will function, mature and be maintained over time.
