Two doors down from a recent project in a small condo community, except with the site condition at a much steeper slope. It was important that we didn't block existing drainage between condos while expanding the deck space. The client wanted something like our previous project (visible in some of the photos), so we had to design something within the same language without using the exact same design, as it wouldn't have worked with increased slope.
