In this breathtaking residence overlooking the Chattahoochee River the key focus, of their third remodeling project with Weidmann, revolved around the dark and dreary family room. Walled off from the rest of the house, the room lacked a really good water view, despite the fact that it was the one with the best vantage point. To address these deficiencies, the redesign of the space focused on opening it up to the rest of the home and taking advantage of the beautiful vista beyond. The pictures show the dramatic result, with a space that integrates well with the adjoining kitchen and deck, while providing a breath taking sight out the back of the home.
