Weidmann Remodeling added an elevator to this home to provide access to all three levels of the residence, in anticipation of the owners parents being able to spend more and more time at the home, with less and less mobility as they age. In combination with the elevator installation, we built out the basement to enhance the existing finished space and provide a cohesive concept for the entire terrace level.
