The large 255 square feet bathroom felt too big and uninviting. It did not have adequate storage for linens. Crumbling plaster and cracked tiles next to the leaking shower needed to be addressed. At the top of the wife’s wish list was a larger closet. Since the bathroom felt too large, it was no problem to enlarge her closet by 22 SF into the bathroom. Also on the list: free standing soaking tub, 2 sinks, a plant area, and large inviting walk-in shower.
