Much of the year and certain times of the day, there's no substitute for a screen porch. In this one-story rear addition the kitchen and screen porch are designed as a singular space. They are easily subdivided when needed. As weather permits, over-sized glass doors open to create one large "indoor-outdoor" room for entertaining and everyday use. The porch is generously sized to accommodate dining for 10 in addition to a separate sitting area.

The exterior design is a contemporary interpretation of the Craftsman style. All materials and colors blend seamlessly with the palate of the existing bungalow.
