The existing kitchen and master suite of this small Craftsman Style Bungalow were poorly designed and dysfunctional. This modest addition markedly improved function of both spaces and transformed the exterior appearance.

The upper level of this original 1918 bungalow was carefully altered to create a new master suite space. Roof panels were carefully manipulated to compliment the new rear addition, yet held below the main roof ridge, leaving the historic street elevation unaffected by the new work.
