Old Brookville House

Comprehensive renovation and addition to 1970's contemporary to create a modern villa. The addition of gentle curves, flying beams and layered facades softened the harsh lines of the original structure. Custom bronze entry doors lead to a dramatic modern interior which functions as a vessel for modern art. A new octagonal dining pavillion provides panoramic views of the lush landscape and sculpture garden. The master suite has a sensual radial stair leading to an exercise loft and home office above.
