Karp Associates was asked to transform a classic, old-world style house into an updated and contemporary home. The client wanted to update the interior to more closely mirror their modern furniture. Changes included redesigning and updating the kitchen and baths with the latest appliances, amenities, cabinetry and countertops. Throughout the home, old floors were updated with beautiful new wood and stone-patterned flooring. Additionally, a wine cellar and gym were installed on the lower level. From the exterior, what looks like a traditional older Greenwich home has been transformed to a very current and contemporary-style home.
