Karp Associates seized the opportunity to build on an undeveloped 50 x 100 ft. lot in a smaller home neighborhood to showcase our breadth—building fabulous smaller homes in addition to the sizeable homes that we are often more associated. This 2,200 sq. ft. spec was sold as a first time buy house but certainly could appeal to a move down buyer as well.
This lovely 3-bedroom house offered all of the “basic needs” in rooms, with a front entry hall, powder room, dining room, nicely sized eat-in kitchen opening to a family room, all on the first floor.
