The tear down of a 1960’s ranch house provided Karp Associates with the space to build this enticing old Greenwich shingle-style six-bedroom home. Having to craft a unique house to fit on a lot with rock in the rear and a high water table presented significant construction challenges. However, after successfully addressing these issues, our use of custom molding details and trim throughout the house, including attractive built-ins, and ample room for a growing family were just a few of the desirable features that helped this house to sell prior to completion.
