While Karp Associates was building our 98 Woodland spec home, this property became available. Based on the outstanding feedback from our other Woodland home, our team decided to build a similar home in floor plan concept but with a different facade as we believe no two houses should be exactly the same.

This 5100 SF 5-bedroom, 4½ bath, 2-car garage house, included kitchen complete with professional appliances, living room with fireplace and luxurious master bedroom and bath. The third floor was also finished to allow for added flexibility and living space.
