On this project I was hired by the homeowner to help with the visual planning and material selections for their 2nd level remodel. The contractor had already laid out the perimeters for the new bathrooms and laundry space and my job was to help finalize the overall look, cabinetry placement and design details, as well as make selections for the finishes and fixtures so that the project could be accurately priced.
