I completed the designs for this basement remodeling project with my client's in the winter of 2015. Having grown up on a MN farm, the concept was to create a rustic barn-like retreat, pulling in elements of the past and present. Over the past 2 years, in his past-time, my client has been working on finishing off this space. Using some existing elements and found treasures they have indeed created a rustic retreat for both comfort and play.
