The Whitney Landmark Residences were developed in 2006 as upscale lofts for the Historic Mill District in Minneapolis. The main lobby space of the Whitney Landmark Loft/Condo Residences was just one of three spaces that myself and team of two other Designers were commissioned to design as part of our partnership with the developer. The building dates back to 1879. Once a flour mill turned prestigious hotel, the building was on it's third life as a historic figure in Minneapolis when we began working on the designs for this project.
