This 3200 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2.5 Lazybrook ranch was renovated by us in 2014-2015. The original pegged hardwoods were covered with ceramic tile, so we stripped the tile then sanded and refinished the floors. The kitchen, formal dining, and breakfast area were gutted and dividing walls removed to create a long kitchen with lots of storage. The ceiling over the island was raised a foot and shiplap siding installed. The master bath and hall bath were both gutted and fully remodeled. Our goal on this house was to create a coastal/tropical feel and create indoor/outdoor living space with the pool in the back yard.
