Pearl Landing was a new construction suburban home by another builder that our client purchased and wanted to "customize" above and beyond the typical track builder finishes. We replaced the countertops, repainted the cabinets, installed new appliances, installed a new backsplash, replaced lighting, replaced mantel, added a granite fireplace surround, installed home automation, and installed wood treads on the steps. The result is a property that is far above anything else in the neighborhood.
