This 1930's bungalow was only 1100 square feet, and sits on a 2,600 sq ft lot! We added a master bath/closet/laundry area to bring it to a little over 1200 sq ft, and totally renovated it. The space on the lot was maximized with a great deck and paver patio for entertaining. Our client for this project is a chef and he really wanted a functional and spacious kitchen.
