2012-2013 renovation of a 1955 ranch home. This home already had mid-cen tendencies on the exterior elevation, so we opted to go more modern on the interior.

This was a down-to-the-studs remodel in the Willow Meadows neighborhood of Houston, Texas. Ceilings were raised to 9' (up from 8') in the living areas and master suite. All walls in the center of the home were removed to create an open concept living and entertaining space. 100% of wiring, plumbing, and ductwork was replaced. Original hardwood floors were refinished and reclaimed/recycled hardwoods were added to the kitchen and rear of the family room.
