This project was a custom renovation that we were hired to do in the Lazybrook subdivision inside Loop 610 in Houston. We added approximately 800 square feet to the foundation to create a new master suite and covered outdoor living space. We took the entire house down to the studs. New electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage... nearly everything that you can do to a 1950's house!
