Wycliffe Drive was a 2014/2015 project by Curtis Lawson Homes located in the Memorial Drive/Energy Corridor area of west Houston. This house began life as a 2000 sq ft one story 1950's ranch. We took it down to the slab and a couple of exterior walls and rebuilt it as a 4500 sq ft two story with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The first floor ceilings are 10' and the second floor goes to 9'. We strove to create a "Modern Farmhouse" style home, that is warm and inviting with simple elegance.
