This compact bathroom was added within the third floor of a stately Victorian home. The modern design and detail of the bath volume separates the new from the old, while complementing both styles.

The rear-facade overhaul included a new two-story ipe deck structure with metal railing, new juliet balcony, and new windows and cement-board siding on previous additions to the house.
