The homeowners loved the location and view from this riverfront home but wanted more space for their family and an updated look. A major renovation ensued that transformed the modest ranch house into a split-level showcase, adding a two story addition containing a luxurious master suite and walkout entertainment room below. Existing vinyl siding was removed and reused by Habitat for Humanity and the outside is now clad in Indiana limestone and cedar shingles. A geothermal heat pump system, spray foam insulation, and new windows throughout increased the home's energy efficiency. The result is a unique, light-filled home with sweeping views of the Ohio River and spacious living areas both inside and out.
