While the exterior of this jewel box bungalow maintains its historic charm, a surprise awaits once inside the front door. Walls have been removed and replaced with painted structural steel beams, making a modern statement and allowing maximum flow from one room to the next. What were separate Kitchen, Dining, and Living Rooms are now one open light-filled space.

A small existing bath and closet were transformed into a family bathroom conveniently accessed by both bedroom and mudroom. The tiny space packs in double sinks and a spacious shower.
