This brick Victorian, located in Louisville's Cherokee Triangle Historic District, had an existing rear addition that was overhauled and expanded as part of this recently completed project. The existing Kitchen was also renovated, adding an island and opening up to new Family Room addition. The Family Room has wonderful wide french doors with transoms above that open to outdoor deck and patio area. On the second floor the existing addition space was divided to create a new Master Bath and Closet.
