Drywall work

These Rochester Hills Homeowners wanted their drywall ceiling replaced in their 3 car garage.

The original drywall ceiling was just taped. the new drywall would be ready for them to prime and paint for a more finished look.

The first thing that we did was to remove the old ceiling.

We used 5/8" drywall for the added 1 hour fire protection.

While we were on site, they also had us touch up some of the existing drywall on the garage walls as well! All ready for their painter to come in a prime and paint the new work!

The clients gave us a call and wanted an Estimate to restore the ceiling in this bedroom.

We removed the staple-up ceiling, the drywall, the little bit of ceiling insulation that they had, as well as the crown molding that went around the perimeter of the ceiling.

We reinsulated the Ceiling area with a much greater R Value than they previously had.

The new drywall went up, was taped, mudded and sanded followed by the installation of the new crown molding as seen here. We also reinstalled the Ceiling light and heat register cover.
