These Sterling Heights Homeowners wanted one Company to Reroof their home, install new seamless gutters, and provide and install new gutter guards.

The clients were impressed at how great our clean was when we finished. Mrs. P said that her yard was cleaner after we finished than it was before we arrived. Also, the new gutters have hinged downspouts making them easier to maneuver around when needed.

No one could tell from this photo what color gutter guards that we used. They are black..and that is our preferred color because the dark color helps attract the sun and the heat iun the Winter time to help melt the ice from them. These clients are recommending us to their family, friends, and...

Fortunately, we were able to squeeze this project in before the Winter came with a vengeance.

The other side of the garage door also needed some wood replacement and painting.

A woodpecker decided to make some holes in the trim board covering the header. We would replace and paint that wood as well.

You can see that there are other areas of the home that still need to be addressed...we took care of the homeowner's "wants" at this time and he said we would be returning in 2026 for more work.

This Oak Park Homeowner had a few sections of gutter that she wanted replaced as well as some new aluminum trim on the fascia boards in those same areas.

We removed the gutter on the rear of the home and retrimmed the fascia as seen here.

Near the front of the home, we replaced the bad fascia wood and retrimmed the fascia with new aluminum.

The gutter work is now done correctly as the gutter sits right below the drip edge as seen here. The amazing thing about this project is that we have had 1 complaint with the BBB in the past 3 years. These Clawson homeowners wanted to replace their existing siding, trim and gutters.

This is how the rear of the home used to look before we went to work on remodeling it.

And lastly, this was the neighbor's side that also needed new aluminum work.

The new siding and trim color complimented the brick better than the pervious version.

We also installed house wrap before doing this siding work.

Wherever we had the ability, we cut holes in the existing soffit before installing this hidden vent vinyl soffit. A roof that breathes better will last longer.
